It would be a big blow - though it is interesting to read the comments by Robbie in the first of the two stories about how it would show players that coming to Bognor can aid their development. I hope he doesn't go but think he probably will.

I think most of us could see this coming. He has been training full time at Eastleigh and also with us of course. Eastleigh have been watching him closely this season with one of their coaches attending frequently at home games. Its always the case that we are a good club for young players to come to, firstly to settle into senior men's football but also it is a great chance to build a foundation for any player who wishes to progress to higher level football. Unfortunately for us it means we lose a very good player who will need replacing but with the consolation that he is going to get a chance that many players don't, especially after being released by a Pro club. If he does go, I think most would wish him all the best and follow his progress with interest.
