Itβs a tremendous effort by all involved - the one thing Iβm struck by so far is that the vast majority raised is from donations from individuals, be they fans, officials or players (and ex-players). Once the crowdfunding deadline has passed, are the schemes for the businesses to get involved (ie the sponsorship draw, stand/ground naming rights etc) being kept open as, even in these very uncertain times for business, it strikes me that there may be still a fair bit to come from these avenues.

Hi Paul the club is open to any involvement with businesses to get involved within the club, in what we anticipate will be exciting times in a revamped stadium. There are opportunities for ground/ stand naming rights. The sponsors draw for the shirt naming rights or advertising boards around the ground. We have already taken on 3 more new perimeter boards, along with turnstiles and programme hut sponsorships. If you would like more information please contact me on davidrobinson61@hotmail.co.uk, or phone me on 07876497929

I sit here gobsmacked, I reckoned that once we got over the 40K the fund raising would slowly come to a halt, but I note this morning that it now at a staggering Β£44,769....... an absolutely amazing effort by all concerned (the 50K might just come to fruition)

πππ never entered my mind. It was an article to highlight how much our fans have got behind us !!! Why mention (them down the road) then ?? Because Keithsson does it every opportunity and like you constantly having a dig about the null and void which you lot seem to blame JP solely for π
Remarkable fundraising by both sets of fans, which needs to be applauded. ππ½

Cityboy said: I agree and as I said it is a tremendous effort by both clubs !!! It was a comment to show how well we have been supported not a competition.
Not wanting to sour anything but as a Bognor follower I don't think you had any cause to draw Worthing into the equation and Heljag was quite correctly having a dig; just as you did at Worthing supporters. There was no need for a supposed comparism; what they did and achieved was their business. For once I agree with Heljag.
Goldy makes the appropriate comment: Remarkable fundraising by both sets of fans, which needs to be applauded.

The Bognor fans continue to amaze me. Donations are still coming in and we now sit at a figure of Β£51750.00 absurdly staggering and many thanks to every supporter for your help. Some rewards are still open, before we send off the final orders. Either contact Simon Cook or myself if you want to make a late purchase.
