Next up Birmy's Horndean. We all know that Birmy will select, and set up his team to be difficult to beat. Over recent seasons the games have always competitive and I can still remember the defeat at the lane when they gave us a good hiding. The team have started well in the friendlies so far, so hopefully the boys don't take their foot off the pedal and can put Horndean to the sword. Whatever the case an enjoyable game awaits and we should start to see more of the squad developing. Up the Rocks !!!

Another good test. A game we should win,but a chance to run the rule over some squad players. Before that hard decision making needing to be made by Robbie and Jamie.

2-0 win.
Good run out by both teams, first half Rocks showing the step in division difference. Isaac causing problems on the left hand side and Dembele and Chaleye forming a good understanding upfront.
Was great to bump into Birmy before the game followed by Lukey Nightingale turning up. Talk about Rocks nostalgia.

A comprehensive first half performance despite several changes to the team saw Bognor continue their impressive pre-season form. Goals from Chayale and Isaac secured the victory which could have been greater but for some keeping and narrow misses. 2nd half rang the changes giving valuable game time. Overall as expected a fine workout against a strong Horndean time who should be challe ging for their league this season. The big test will be on Friday againstocal rivals Worthing
