Superb effort from all involved. Fans getting there late due to the lovely Dartford Tunnel,we’re entertained to a superb display from the players Believe it or not we will play better this season and probably will only get a point or even lose. Everything just clicked for us. Some great goals alongside some just being in the right place at the right time. It showed Robbie has been to see this last week, and played his best 11 that thought would cause them problems. Genuinely feel for those players that aren’t overly getting a look in atm, just hopeful the club management can keep all players happy. Overall a good day at aveley. Which I may add was a lovely set up,would happily make the journey to them again.
Up The Rocks.

Unfortunately unable to make the game today. Listened on the radio and I have to say it was more exciting than my son's cricket lol. Tremendous result, I am told the performance was outstanding as well. Top after 3 take that a massive weekend next week, get good results and it sends out the right warnings to the rest of the league. Personally can't wait and yes I will be there!! COYR's

This was my first look at the Rocks this season (I’ve been away) and I was mightily-impressed. Goldy’s right; there’ll be times we play even better and lose. But I was pleased not just with the goals (which included a couple of real crackers) and the win but also with the way Robbie has us playing; yes it’s still possession football (I wouldn’t want it any other way) but quicker, more direct and more attack-minded. The work ethic’s there too; even at 6-1 up we were closing Aveley down in their own half. I don’t think they’re a bad side - I just don’t think they had an answer to Rocks game-plan. It was a truly dominant performance. Hope we can keep it up!

Long May it continue.

Won 6-1 at Margate on Tuesday 12 November 2019, with James Crane getting a hat-trick. I think that was the last time we scored six away from home.
