This afternoon the Rocks travel to Coles Park Stadium White Hart Lane Haringey N177JP for their second fixture against the hosts this season. Back in November the Rocks won 3-0 thanks to a brace from Dan Gifford and a goal from Dan Smith. The Rocks who at present are top of the form guide with just one defeat in 13 games and sit just 2 points outside the playoff positions, whilst the hosts have struggled this season and at present sit in 18th place in the form guide . They sit in 21st position in the league without a win in 7 games. On paper hopefully the Rocks can continue with their run, although manager Blake stressed to the players at training not to take anything for granted. Skipper Calvin Davies is available after his ban, whilst there may be an injury query over Harvey Whyte. It looks like there will be a decent Rocks following with the coach sold out and a good crowd going on the train and by car. Safe travels to everyone and let's keep this run going.

What to say? Sometimes you have to win ugly to achieve the end goal. Today this was a classic example of that. We may not have been as pretty to the eye as in recent games, we may not have created loads and loads of chances as in recent weeks but we were blo#dy difficult to beat. Every man on the pitch knew their job, every defender put their bodies on the line. Every midfielder worked their socks off and up front Tommy Leigh-Higgs purple patch continued. That's 4 clean sheets on the bounce, 7 wins on the bounce and only 1 defeat in 14 for the boys!! There is an air of belief in the team, they know they are on the verge of something decent here. Our next two league games are massive and in between then we have a cup quarter final on Tuesday away to Littlehampton. Let's get behind the boy's and be the extra player as the season starts to unfold. There promises to be an exciting journey in the offering.

Not our finest free flowing performance but bringing home 3 points is what we wanted and we got. Another clean sheet, which did have a few scary moments in the game, but the lads stuck to the task and got the rewards. Key moments in game we got spot on especially regarding substitutes TLH taking his goal superbly, sending the decent sized away fans home happy 👏🏽
