I did bring that up on another thread, not specifically for Gosport but in general, but haven't had any response yet.

Well that was a joy to watch in the sunshine, the first 30 minutes was exceptional. We looked solid at the back and held onto the ball well, some of the passing was fantastic, Tommy was my star man. I look forward to the trip to Bishops Stortford, albeit in the car with Lee Roberts lol.
Is Robbie losing patience with Brad?......

As the above post said some of the football today was a joy to watch, carving their defence open on numerous occasions, particularly in the first half hour when we could easily have gone 3 or 4 up.a case in point was bens goal where the football leading up to it was pure quality culminating in a cross fron jordy leaving ben to slide ahead of the defender.when you consider that they were restricted to 1 real chance hitting the bar after amadou had parried,it was an exceptional and strong performance where i felt we made them look fairly ordinary.i believe if we continue in that vein next week we will have a major chance of returning with 3 points. On the brad situation i personally thought he was having a decent game, causing problems even if he did miss a couple of good chances, especially a header from 3 yards which he really shouldve buried so assume he was injured.if not then maybe robbie and jack do want more.everyone sees games differently and thats why they have more success in the sport than myself.roll on stortford.COYR

Thought today we were exceptional. The first half hour should have seen us be in an unassailable position. This is against a team who had beaten Havant midweek, which puts our performance in perspective. However many chances went begging which could come back to bite using the league. The whole squad got a good workout and as the Gosport chairman said at the end we gave them a football lesson !!! As for Brad he has been working really hard on his fitness all week and I am lead to believe the management team didn't want him to over do things. With all the positivity going on; both on and off the pitch at the moment I think we enter the league programme in a position of optimism. Roll on next week
