Well what a difference a week makes. Totally different game to last week. Today we played to our strengths knocking the ball about and ripping the guests apart. 3.0 up at half time we could and and should have scored more in the 2nd half. Still I will take a 4.0 victory any day of the week. Great team effort and anyone of 3 or 4 players could have got M.O.M. Now need to produce yhe same again at Cray on Wednesday night. Onwards and upwards!!

A great result and a good confidence booster. East Thurrock were comfortably the weakness side we've played this season and they gave us a lot of time on the ball without pressing as much as other sides we've played. It's another game under our belt whilst getting used to each other, and it was also pleasing to see Jason Parish getting a run out.
So, lots of positives, ten points from six games, an entertaining game and a crowd of over 500. And a well done for all the noise created by the fans behind the goal, it helped create a great atmosphere and I'm sure it helped drive the team on.
Fingers crossed we are able to have more enjoyable afternoons like this. Flowing football and a wonderful sense of community, which we all need at the moment.

A superb result, and a completely different side, that turned up against Cheshunt. A lot of positives, knocking the ball around, and a huge confidence booster ahead of Cray on Wednesday. Every single player came away with a huge amount of credit. Likes jacks, I would say East Thurrock gave us a lot more time on the time on the ball & did not press us to much. Great man management to take off the Leigh brother's & Bradley ahead of the Cray game on Wednesday, who I would say with all due respect to East Thurrock will provide a much sterner test. No sense in running them into the ground as the result was in the bag. Was also great to keep a clean sheet to. Now seeing Haringey getting beaten by Cray, Carshalton getting beaten by Hornchurch & Cheshunt getting beaten by Bishop Stortford, we have played a few games against these sides with some postive & negative outcomes. The point I am making is that anybody can beat anybody on any given day. Be interesting to see what line up Robbie goes with Wednesday because I feel Calvin, Chad & Craney could struggle to get back into our side as it stands on current form. Now we just have to take our home form, into our away day travel's against the so called bigger sides, who are in the play off's. Any feedback on my view's would be gratefully appreciated, because now in 10 day's we have Cray, Margate & Leatherhead so man management at this stage of the season is vital I feel. How many point's would everyone be happy with ? Stay safe guy's & girl's. Neil
