Careful lads at this rate you're have more Managers than Players. Totally agree. The club needs to start looking at local young talent to bring in for next season. Hopefully Dabba is brought back and can bring some Chichester players along with him to the club? I can think of a few players Chichester has that would strengthen our squad.

To anyone who thinks that the Club has given up on the rest of this season, and is worried that the planning for next season might once again resemble the planning for this and previous recent seasons, just remember all the money that is going into more planned ground improvements which will "enhance the match day experience".

On that, you should know that most of the ground improvements are being financed by grants and donations, as they have been for the last few seasons.

Oh. That's alright then. I'll tell my stupid avid Rocks supporter friend that even though he would prefer standing in a muddy field supporting a winning team going up the leagues to a "match day experience" of a new boardroom and watching a youth development team struggle every season, he should be happy that the Club is is on a consistent firm footing. Makes you wonder what football is all about. I write these outrageous remarks in the vain hope that it might shake things up a bit.

Don’t worry Kof we will have the best facilities in the Sussex County League!!!

You cant use it for anything else. You are responsible for accounting what the grant is spent. Both the Supporters club and the Exec club donate funds to the club for enhancing the ground for the benefit if the fans, not for expenditure on players or wages. Hope that helps.

Please note for those interested the Littlehampton game on 12th March is 'all-ticket' with a crowd limit of 1,500 - which is a shame as they probably could get more. 1,200 were there for the Brockenhurst match in previous round. No tickets will be sold on match-day according to their website.

At least Ashton will be able to see his brother Tommy play at Fratton Park tomorrow for Accrington although last Saturday he was relegated to the subs bench for their victory over Wycombe and did not feature during the 90mins.
As far as Rocks go it is obvious the club is now 'planning for next season' as any hopes of success this season have been extinguished by inconsistency and not having enough quality players to compete at the top. Whether this 'planning' includes changes at the top remains to be seen.
With regards to footy123's comments and the players at Chichester City from what I've seen I think they would struggle at our level. Miles Rutherford, more or less, admitted this in a recent newspaper article when he intimated he's taken the club as far as he can ie mid-table in Isthmian League South East Division with these players. There is a big difference between Step 4 and Step 3.

I shall not be buying a ticket for the Littlehampton match on 12th March because their inferior ground facilities will not "enhance my matchday experience". Apparently, that's what football is all about.

Lewes v Worthing a complete sell out tomorrow at the PAN. Let's just it's a good match day experience. Or it Will (not worth going) by the way a fare few Bognor fans will be attending just in case it's not..
