The Rocks will be playing either Chichester City or Three Bridges next season in the Isthmian League Premier Division, after the two West Sussex sides won their play-off semi-finals at Ramsgate and Sittingbourne respectively. The final will be played at Three Bridges as they finished the regular season in 4th place, while Chi finished 5th.

Not necessarily, additional West Sussex sides at Step 3 could possibly push one or two into the Southern League. Horsham's destiny will also be a factor. Would be great to have Chichester, Bognor and Havant in the same division but it looks unlikely. Huge congratulations to both Chi and Bridges. Both have benefited from having good coaching teams in place.

This is hilarious! Well done Dabba and all at Chi. I went and watched the league game at Oaklands Park just 10 days ago between Chi City and Ramsgate. Chichester got absolutely battered and I came away think what a force Ramsgate would be next season in the Premier Division.
To concede an 87th minute goal in a one-off game must have left Ramsgate on their knees. Whoever the money man is behind them must be gutted.

On the subject of the above, if any Rocks fans fancied some Friday night football, Chi would welcome any support at Three Bridges - think they were a little disappointed with how many fans got to Ramsgate the other night.

I see that Gosport lost their play off at Salisbury. They were winning 1-0 with a couple of minutes to go and lost 2-1. Salisbury now play AFC Totton in the final. Horsham lost their play off game at Chatham after drawing 1-1 but lost to penalties. That would mean that if we remain in the Isthmian there is a possibility in Lewes, Hastings, Three Bridges or Chichester City, Horsham and Havant and Ville playing in the same league. But with Havant and ourselves being on the dividing line for regionalisation, anything is possible!

I'll be at Bridges on Friday. It's an easy walk from the station.
If its as exciting and tense as it was last Sunday at Woodside Road I won't be complaining.

Pete - did you see the video of the incident that gave Salisbury their winning pen? At no time before, during or after it was the defender in the penalty area!

No Steve, Ihave read a number of comments about it though. Seemingly the assistant who was a large part to making the ultimate decision was quite a way behind play.

Chi City 3-0 UP at half time.
Could next season be the first league meeting between City and Rocks for over 50 years?

Final score 5-0. Squad recruitment/strengthening starts now I suspect.
