Non league matters are starting to plan out next season's leagues which if they are correct would see us stay in the Isthmian League. The projected League is as follows:-
Billericay Bognor Regis Bowers and Pitsea Canvey Island Carshalton Chatham Cheshunt Chichester City Cray Wanderers Cray Valley Paper Mills Dartford Dover Dulwich Hamlet Folkestone Invicta Hastag Utd Hastings Utd Hendon Horsham Lewes Potters Bar Whitehawk Wingate and Finchley
Bowers; Chichester and Cray Valley all being promoted. Dartford and Dover relegated whilst Hendon are moved sidewards. Personally I am itching for te season to restart; what do others think?

That would mean Havant being in the Southern League. Does that also mean Horndean would go there as well. Have to say, really looking forward to the local derbies with Chichester. I have great memories of them when I was a kid. Chichester had a very strong side and seemed to get the better of us more than not. Crowds of well over a thousand and a fantastic atmosphere. Can't wait.

I see they now have Moneyfields and Horndean in the Isthmian South East so Havant would have a case if they wished to play over this way instead.

Their improved facilities and playing at the same level as Havant and Bognor is sure to grow their following though.

Sure I'm going to be unpopular but I'll say that we'll finish no higher than this year. Happy to be proved wrong. The F.A.Cup's a hard one, the qualifying rounds are very early and teams that get a lot of new players during the summer often haven't settled down.

I would like to think we can improve if we can avoid too many injuries. Of the Sussex teams in our league last season we finished last. I think I recall in the 80's we were second in Sussex behind Brighton, whereas we are about ninth now, so plenty of room for improvement. I look forward to all the Sussex games in particular, let's hope we get some good players in to join those already signed up. If we are challenging for the play offs I think the attendance figures will be brilliant.

I feel the way we have played at times this season we can improve on that next year with hopefully a couple of new players and the bulk of this years squad coming back. What people have got to remember is we were a very young squad this year; and with a year's experience I am hoping for a better showing. As for the FA Cup I would love to see us have a cup run for a change.

Since returning to the Isthmian Prem from NLS the league finishing position and number of points accumulated has been very consistent. Each year it looks like a case of doing the same things and expecting a different result. Time to do things differently perhaps!

I would say it’s more than likely that that Bog v Chi fixtures will take place on Boxing Day and Easter Monday so therefore should attract a four figure crowd each time. Those fixtures are also likely to attract locals that don’t normally watch either side, similarly with the Bognor v Pagham Sussex Senior Cup ties of the past few decades has done.

The line-up suggested by NLM looks about right to me - though I can see Chertsey Town being a little put-out, after winning the Isthmian South Central division, should they find themselves in either of the Southern League premier divisions.

I’m happy either going to the southern or staying as we are, only if it remains we have Chichester in our league. Will blow my mind if a club 6 miles away, end up being in a different league. To me that wouldn’t make sense,in that head of mine.

It isn't commonplace, but it certainly isn't rare, for two teams sharing the same ground to be in different leagues.

Does anyone know when the decisions will be published regarding which league clubs will be in?

Does anyone know when the decisions will be published regarding which league clubs will be in? The FA will sit down and decide league allocations and the possible movement of other clubs to different leagues to accommodate these new clubs. This of course will be then announced once done but then there will be the usual appeals by clubs not wanting to move leagues and any appeals from promoted and relegated on their placements.
